What are your office hours?
|

We have regular hours, by appointment, Monday - Thursday from 9AM to 8PM; Fridays & Saturdays from 9AM to 3PM. It is possible to scheduled an appointment at a mutually convenient time outside of those hours.

Do you accept insurance for payment?
|
|
Our counseling services accept a variety of insurance carriers to share in the cost of psychotherapeutic interventions. We are able to accept your copayment at the time of the session and will file the insurance claim for you. However, ultimately, you are fully responsible for payment. If a discrepancy occurs with your insurance provider, it is not mediated by The Perissos Center. Although the Center will provide you with all appropriate documentation to make an appeal to your insurance company, payment for services are the client's responsibiilty during the appeal process.
Consulting and Conflict Resolution services do not accept insurance.

When is payment due?
|
|
Consulting clients are invoiced for services rendered in accordance with the terms of their contract with The Perissos Center.
Clients receiving services for conflict resolution are expected to pay for current meetings at the time of the meeting, as well as any work completed on their behalf prior to the meeting.
Counseling clients are expected to pay for services at the beginning of each session.

How can you be reached in case of an emergency?
|
|
In an emergency, your first call is often to 911 or you may go directly to the Emergency Room of your local hospital. However, someone affiliated with the Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in situations that can not wait for those clients being seen through our counseling or conflict resolution services.

Do you have bi-lingual therapists?
|
|
Although we have some familiarity with other languages including American Sign Language. We are not, today, equipped to provide services without interpreters.
